Wir vertreten sowohl natürliche als auch juristische Personen in einer Vielzahl von streitigen und ausserstreitigen Zivilsachen vor den liechtensteinischen Gerichten sowie vor nationalen und internationalen Schiedsgerichten. Der überwiegende Teil unserer Arbeit im Bereich Prozessführung und Konfliktlösung umfasst Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit:
Trusts, Stiftungen und anderen privaten Vermögensstrukturen, wobei wir grundsätzlich alle möglichen Interessengruppen wie etwa Stifter, Treugeber, Begünstigte, Gläubiger und Treuhandunternehmen vertreten;
grenzübergreifenden Nachlässen;
Haftungsansprüchen (insbesondere gegenüber Finanz- und Treuhanddienstleistern); und
Versicherungsgesellschaften, Banken und anderen Finanzintermediären, wobei unsere Anwaltskanzlei Finanzintermediäre und deren Vertragsparteien gleichermassen vertritt.
In den letzten Jahren waren wir besonders intensiv mit Streitigkeiten in Stiftungs- und Trustangelegenheiten beschäftigt. Unsere Anwaltskanzlei vertritt regelmässig Treugeber, Stifter und Begünstigte von liechtensteinischen Trusts und Stiftungen, die mit der Verwaltung "ihrer" Trusts und Stiftungen durch den jeweiligen liechtensteinischen Treuhanddienstleister unzufrieden sind. In vielen dieser Fälle konnten wir für unsere Klienten den Austausch des jeweils unerwünschten Treuhanddienstleisters erwirken.
Die meisten von unserer Anwaltskanzlei betreuten Rechtsstreitigkeiten sind nicht auf Liechtenstein beschränkt, sondern erstrecken sich auf mehrere Jurisdiktionen. Deshalb beraten wir unsere Mandanten häufig nicht nur in Bezug auf die für Liechtenstein relevanten Aspekte der Causa, sondern unterstützen sie auch bei der strategischen und taktischen Koordination ihres Vorgehens in den ebenfalls involvierten ausländischen Jurisdiktionen.
